Decadent Hot Chocolate
Recipe:
1/3 cup Killer Fudge Sauce (recipe below)
1 cup milk*
In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, combine ingredients. Slowly whisk until desired temperature. Pour into your favorite mug. Top with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls.
*skim milk or 2% works best for this richly decadent hot chocolate
Killer Fudge Sauce
12 oz. Evaporated milk
14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. Special Dark Cocoa Powder
½ cup butter or margarine
½ cup semi sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
In medium sauce pan, combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, cocoa powder, and margarine. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to boil, cook for additional 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and semi sweet chocolate. Stir until smooth and glossy.
