WELCOME!
Summer has been hot and sticky this year—our first true summer since I was a child, and somehow managed to live without air conditioning. I remember falling asleep to the deep hum of a window fan every night. Now, the only time we plug in a fan is to dry the carpet after we shampoo, or to sound like Darth Vader by talking through it.
After a two month break, my boys are heading back to school with a surprising amount of excitement. And yet, I also remember being excited to see my friends at school. Geek that I was, I was also eager to see my teachers. Hahaha.
I've made a change to my website. I've decided not to keep a blog any longer, but instead you can find me on Facebook where I'll keep you updated on my writing progress, what I'm working on and the quirky happenings in my life. I hope to see you there!
