As you might already know, THE TROUBLE WITH INVENTING A VISCOUNT is coming out in 2 weeks (“Two weeks?” you ask on a gasp. “Two weeks,” I affirm with a nod. “But don’t worry, you can pre-order today. Right this moment, in fact.” 😁).
Ahem… anyway, as I was saying, I have a new book coming out on SEPT. 24th and my hero, Oscar Flint, has a HUGE … appetite. Especially when it comes to a certain type of cookie that the Hartley family calls Mad Dash Biscuits (because the ingredients are said to inspire a romantic couple to make a mad dash to Gretna Green). For fun, I’ve been developing a recipe to share with you. And I’m almost there. Just another scrumptious test run or two ought to do the trick. But I’ll have it ready to send out in my newsletter the week of the release… Which just so happens to be in 2 weeks. 😉
